.....This term applies to the situation where you have purchased your domain name but have not purchased the web server space.

How long does it take to get my web space?

.....When we purchase the web server space, we have a temporary URL with immediate access to upload information about your website.

How long does it take to make a website?

.....After we get your domain name, web server space, all the information, pictures and/or graphics that you want on the site, it could take one day, and it could take about a week. It depends on what you want done, how you want it to look, and how much you want on the site. I only have 2 hands.

What if I don't like my website?

.....If, after all the work is done, it is not to your satisfaction, we keep the domain name, the web server space, and you get charged for nothing.

Can someone else upload pictures and make changes?

.....If you do not want us to maintain your website, we will turn the server access information over to you and wish you well. We'll smile, but please know that inside we'll be crying.

How long do changes take?

.....Depends. After we have forged a friendship, you will know when we are on vacation. But even on vacation, we bring our laptop. Otherwise, changes could happen while we are corresponding at the time.

What if I already have a website but want CrookedHands.com to make it better?

.....We will need access to your server information. Once we have that, we will work with you to make any changes you wish.
